Combine your holiday making with a cooking class by Voula and Adriana Goufa at the Platia Restaurant. Together we will make an authentic meal accompanied by local drinks and wine.
In the Greek kitchen vegetables, olive oil, grains, fish, wine and meat (white and red, including lamb, poultry, rabbit and pork) are the main ingredients. Other important ingredients include olives, cheese, eggplant (aubergine), zucchini (courgette), lemon juice, vegetables, herbs, bread and yoghurt. Common dessert ingredients include nuts, honey, fruits and filo pastry.
In our Greek cooking classes we will explore the flavours and techniques that typify each dish. We use fresh fruit and vegetables directly taken from our garden.

In Greece food is ordered for the table and not for the "individual". Like this you have the opportunity to experience different tastes. We will prepare various dishes to be tasted and shared at the end of our cooking class.
